"Giving you a Real Chance."
Continuing Care is part of the Moana House programme and has been running for over 10 years.
In essence we are an outpatient programme offering 1-1 sessions for clients from our residential service, and from the community. We also run groups for Impaired Drivers, He Waka Hou, and Significant Other groups for family and friends of people with addictive disorders.
We can be contacted through Moana House and are always happy to answer any queries about Continuing Care.
