Step 1
The first stage is to contact us and we will prompt you to complete the Pre-Assessment Forms (click here).
Please answer all the questions as best you can.
If you give your address, alternatively, we can send you out a brochure and these forms to your location.
Step 2
After we have received your Pre-Assessment Checklist and Consent Form, you will receive our response anytime within 10 working days.
We'll we ask for reports and check your track record for confirmation.
Step 3
We will then make arrangements to do a comprehensive assessment, which might be face to face if you are in the Dunedin area, or over the phone.
A phone assessment can take place where ever you are in the country.
Please keep in mind that the Moana House Programme is a long term programme which takes up to twelve months to complete. It certainly is not an easy way out of prison.
