Working with Pacific Peoples Training Programme
The Working with Pacific Peoples Training Programme runs for 5 days overall. This consists of three days training, a six week break, and two further days of assessment.
This course is recognized by DAPAANZ and is worth 40 points.

This course is designed not only for Drug and Alcohol workers,but also for those who work with Pacific clients, those who wish to make their services more accessible to Pacific clients, and those who wish to liaise and network more effectively with Pacific Island health services. Students can expect to spend a minimum of 40 hours on homework between the two workshops. Places are limited, and attendance of all five sessions is required to be eligible for assessment. This is a concentrated course with comprehensive assessment procedures. Successful participants will be awarded the DAPAANZ competency:
